Work life balance is absolutely good. Since I got a Good team, Client, HR, and management I didn't face any difficulties . I could see good potential in the company in grabbing multi billion projects.

There is no job security in the outsourcing team. any time can expect the laid-off/ project wind-up mail. BEO will not take any risk to keep their outsourcing staff.

VERY POOR JOB SECURITY. One can get laid off any time especially if you are from client/outsourcing teams. They will lure you telling about the great work culture they offer, but once you join here you will see the dark side. Pathetic learning opportunities. Company gives zero value to upskilling .
