All things are terrible here on Operations Part. No support from any one, Management is very poor, they'll give you loads of work at a time and you have to travel 2-3 regions even if there is any natural calamity the management will tell you to go on the hill stations. Very inexperienced Designers and company giving them freedom as they're selling products but not at all a good place for operations team . Managers will give their work to you . You'll be treated like a slave they don't just fire employees as no one will work only you'll be working in the operations group. Even if you're traveling for company work purpose their account team will harass you after providing genuine bills , Reimbursement teams are worthless and believe me this company doesn't know how to give proper atmosphere for work. Managers doesn't fight for you.. and gives you unexpected work load....Read More

Full of politics, they will fool you about your job role, they should modify their job designation from planning specialist to excel specialist. Everyone is just jealous of everyone. You just have to complete the orders and sometimes you have to work till 7 PM.
