Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Great projects, not strict working environment, accomodating colleagues, office location surrounded by affordable accomodation and housing colony, not in any tech park where during peak hours roads are jam.

Dislikes

Work life balance is compromised. Hectic schedules, have to come on frequent Saturday's and stay late at office. Persistent Work pressure will be there.
