Excellent work culture, that prioritises employees by providing a flexible work-time schedule. This contributes immensely to the work-life balance, especially for a long, healthy and stable career. Management and staff is very open and always available for support. It is a unique experience working with German clients, who bring their own inputs which further increases the quality of work. We also get the opportunity to travel abroad for on-site work, and I have travelled there on 3 occasions already, along with my team. It was a memorable and rewarding experience.
