I have recently joined the company and it looks like I am in a perfect work place. You might be wondering why I am saying so, the things like roles & responsibilities, financial company health, work culture, salary, perks & benefits, work life balance, reporting manager, company growth & policies, personal learning & growth opportunities, flexibility, etc., are the ones we will be looking for before signing up the offer. If you agree, this is one of the good company to take it up. A good management people, friendly managers, crazy colleagues, decent cafeteria with television and games are around you. All the outsourced projects are from Germany and do have internal projects to develop; means you can work with different technologies. When I say that, you will have enough room to discuss with any of your colleague across the floor and share knowledge with each other. Its like a family, You feel at home when u are there! The bosses allows us to innovate me at work , and the flexibility of time, acceptance of the ideas by employees everything is amazin. That's the reason why i have been working here for 13 years! yes it is my home
