So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.

Organisation have experience & so politics is at the peak. Appraisal & promotion is given to the fav person only. No appreciation for hard work. R&R is given to one group of people only. People asking for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary and provide travel.
