The best thing working at this company is Leaning experience. You get to learn a lot with such an amazing guidance and support from a very understanding and knowledgeable team lead. Your work is recognized and appreciated time-to-time, thus providing work-satisfaction and motivation and giving boost to your confidence. Career growthopportunities are directly proportional to your work output - the better you work, the faster will be your career growth in the company without any stringent policies or any politics. Salary and appraisals are good - never been an issue. Job security is high. Teammates are co-operative. Mainly the development work including writing code, doing R&D, providing suggestions, etc. The work is interesting and there is always scope to improve your learning and skill-set.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
