The set up and the non Indian folks are good and very friendly.

Dislikes

The culture is very bad. You need to show people what you are up to or else you will be considered not working. The sentinels of the organization are very strict, it is either their way or the high way. Do not expect promotions or raise in salary until you have done some exceptional work for which the seniors can undermine you and take the credit. Media Planning process is the worst random numbers are put in without any logic I have never see anything even coming close to the projected numbers for any account(worked on 7-8 accounts). They want mules and not employees. There are no team building activities. Everything is expected from you but nothing will be done to help you. Remotely working for this agency is the worst thing that can happen to someone. Please only choose this company if you have no other option. Everyone out here is sitting on a high horse and wants to just dictate things to you. Credit thieves are there, higher management will not bother to talk to you and their ears are controlled by other senior position people. Though the size is very small but the acting is very good in showing everyone is so busy. They do not have a structured IT cell, Finance team, HR, etc. nothing.
