Becs (I) pvt.ltd. is a construction organization work in various power project, commissioning, trouble shooting & overhauling the turbine & auxiliary in power plants around all over India.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes ,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.
