Being able to work with people from diverse backgrounds is the key to work here because Our employees ranges from North to South and from East to West. They do train you enough to carry out the job properly and the rest you figure out yourself. One is hardly discarded by the management here it seems they need you more than they Will ever accept. The kind of work that you do here really gives one immense opportunities for you to land the top jobs in the field. Salary is some what average. You are going to have to travel throughout the country at various company projects ranging from a couple weeks to few months and even for a year if that's what suits you.
