Only few people are okay in team. Managers only support their favourite people, and give them good hike and rewards.

Dislikes

Team culture is disappointing- filled with politics, favouritism, and overall toxic environment that make it difficult to work effectively. I recommend people do not go for this company. There’s no growth as professionally nor personally. In this company you will be dumb and people make you feel dumb as if you do not know anything.

Very process oriented company. Worked with some very knowledgeable and helpful colleagues. There is work life balance.

Dislikes

Company after getting acquired by VC firm Accel-KKR stopped trusting their existing employees and laid off many globally by making many roles redundant. Their procurement solution isn't doing so well as their invoice automation, AP and other products but instead of putting more efforts and investment in it they have sidelined it.

Please inform what is the job requirement, rather than hiring a engineer for a bpo job it would be great if they are directly hired for 2nd line support rather than 1st line. Please create a chart of who worked on how many tickets/day basis as this is very important.
