It was assured again and again that COVID-19 won't affect job. And it was indeed true.

Dislikes

Some projects don't offer much learning or growth opportunity. As the team is mostly in SA, it gives you feeling of remote job even if you work from office.

It was really nice experience as people are understanding. You are not expected to work to meet unreasonable deadlines.

They treat employees as humans and not machines. Understand and give emphasis to employees work life balance. Company standard is to always upgrade to the latest technology currently being used.
