The only thing i like about Bandhan Bank is it has build a strong network of branches pan india which is very beneficial for both the customers and bank staffs.

Compensation structure is pathetic. There is no uniformity. Moreover appraisals in Bandhan Bank are not done based on your performance. Its based completely on how good is ur relation with your supervisor. Work life balance does not prevail in Bandhan Bank. Trainin quality is too low. Most of the times trainings are arranged locallyand that too the local trainers dont have any knowledge. Innovative ideas are not appreciated here. Whatever the higher authorities decide that is being imposed on staffs. Cluster Heads do nothing rather than humiliating the Bandhan Micro finance staffs and internal staffs of Bandhan Bank. Hardly they go out for any business call. People are made to. Work for stretched hours. No security arrangements in most of the branches. Huge amount of cash is handled by staffs in transit. Company is least bothered for any CMS arrangement. Matriculation pass and Higher Secondary pass guys are also working in the bank that too in Assistant Branch Head, Branch Head positions. Bank should work on improving process and enhancing customer satisfaction rather than being solely business oriented. Excess pressure to meet targets affects work life balance, specifically in service sector. Simplifying the workflow and fostering employee friendly culture will empower staff to deliver quality service while monitoring well being.

Everything for dislike. They doing cold calling by ABH at 45 degree temperature in summer season. Timing- 8:45pm to 7:30pm I cant take my leaves.
