These are the key points that people should keep in mind if he or she wants to join Bandhan Bank 1. Work culture- It doesn’t look like a bank, it looks like a fish market more. There is no proper decorum or dress code at all. 2. Process flow- You can not expect to your work gets done within a short period of time, everything goes too slow, takes too long to get completed. If you’re from a standard work cultured bank you will feel that difference. 3. Basic Hygiene- Very dirty, and no intentions to make it clean. 4. Employees- Very much unqualified people , just for the sake of sales or targets managements are giving them jobs. Yes we should not discriminate anyone, but working professionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. Each and every atom , there is no strucure in working , no clears goals or objectives to work on. 5 people in a team pulling in 5 diffrent directions. Pathetic place to work.

One of the worst bank I have ever seen.bandhan bank doesn't have work culture.Transfer between 1 month is common.if your boss is not satisfied with you then transfer is common thing here.no work timing here. bank daily closed 9.30 pm

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Supervisors are not approachable and shifting of responsibility is the way known to work. No support. Targets given to staffs are unrealistic.

Bank should work on improving process and enhancing customer satisfaction rather than being solely business oriented. Excess pressure to meet targets affects work life balance, specifically in service sector. Simplifying the workflow and fostering employee friendly culture will empower staff to deliver quality service while monitoring well being.

In these months I don't have anything for that I can give thumbs-up to Bandhan.

-No proper training. -No hand holding for newly joined staff -No time given to establish, from start of the month you joined you are expected to turn the table overnight. -If your interview is not taken by your supervisor you are done.

I do not find it worth compared to my last companies. I am feeling as if I had taken a wrong decision, by being a part of Bandhan bank. People in the city are not even aware that there is any bank name Bandhan bank, wherein it has a 6 years' vintage. Staff and colleagues seems to be so annoying, there is always a shouting environment is the branch. A person doing work is so much pressurized that he wants to resign every hour. Office environment is not friendly. Seniors are always at a shouting mode, I don't know why. They show that if they will shout, they can show their presence. Induction Training was given online through teams meeting, it was like give someone a chocolate, ask that peron to taste it by not unwrapping it...

Every thing is fine here but nothing to learn more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

Lots of manual intervention, excessive documentation, weak and under-developed IT infrastructure, non-aggressive collection/recovery dept., mailing culture is not clear to most of the employees.
