Banas medical college, civil hosoital has set up covid 19 hospital and managed very well by staff. All patients get satisfied treatment and discharged according to protocol.

Only one thing is bad that Banas Medical College is situated a 7 km from city area and civil hospital Palanpur.

Furthermore,the new infrastructure of the hospital is quite beneficial for patients as well as staff.

Dislikes

NOT satisfied with the salary and increment. The contractual system is not deliver equality numerous hospital staff get several benefits while those who work under N.N.PATEL contractual staff not get essential benefits like CL.,Incentive ,increment and many more .
