Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Everything. No skill development. No vision to project just want to complete the project by any means. Worst senior management do not care about employees only show fake empathy. No time constraints they just want from you to work whole day to complete work and the compensation they provide is as low as possible.

Poor Management and they onboard entire intern team onto projects and with only a couple of Tech leads available,interns often encounter challenge during development that time they have no option other than seeking help from the tech leads since the entire team consists of interns.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
