I was just checking reviews and I found so many bad reviews here, however I was also employee of this company. I think I can guess who are these employees who gave bad reviews for the company. I worked here for almost 2 years. I joing at 12k/month after 16 months my salary was 36k . so you can guess about the growth. Management is very helpful they discuss everything with me company growth and downfall as well. But There were few employees who were never took responsibility to complete their work properly. They were very careless about the work. Company warned them several time then company took that strict action because I know company was not making good revenue and these employees were not taking that seriously. They never deducted my salary for leaves, sometimes I was taking around5-6 leaves in a month. There is no system for timing, company do not take care of 15-30mins late. If you are performer company will give you unlimited incentives. I will not disclose the name of these guys who gave bad reviews. Management is too lenient for the employees. Most of the time employee took undue advantage.

Work Details

I learned a lot here and I was that kind of person who can not work at one place more than 3-4 months. But I worked here and enjoyed outings and parties given by the companies. You can choose any shift time from 8pm-10pm

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is open to large opportunities for fresher. I love fact that I am a part of this company. My colleagues come from different location(background), we work happily collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is very very slow. The work pressure is very high.I have to work 10-12 hours in day. Managers dont value an individual unique strength. There is no on job training for freshers.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging. pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and task is slightly respective. As long as I get to work closely with the client. It will be a great learning experience
