There is nothing like working here in Balaji caterers. only thing i like here is that how people do politics within their dirty work culture. this organization teaches you how to use people and throw after use. you get salary for doing nothing is the best and i like about. This institute don't know meaning of word "Growth" as this word is not in their dictionary. if you want to waste your career then do join this institute. Those who want to do time-pass and not serious about own future then join here. for simple-simple things authorization comes direct to owners, meaning owners doesn't trust their senior Employees too. owners just want to make money and treat employees like Gulam. Like the owner who studied abroad and don't know the meaning of management. satisfies his own EGO above all. Company terminates well experience and deserving other community people which were there in their growth and takes their own community people which are eager to snatch them only. owner don't want to grow as per the industry standards hence loosing some locations of their own allocated spaces. they follow just old methods for working. finance management is another failed department which they could improve, they need to improve a lot comparison to other organization. owner should learn how to bind people, grow them and make growth of company along with them.
