Some of the most incompetent people in the industry work here. There is no growth wrt learning. Its impossible to grow here if you dont suckup to your boss and competence is not rewarded. Incomplete bootlickers buying the bosses groceries, waiting 3-4 hours on the office without work just to be a driver to thier boss home, booking lunch for the boss etc have completed screwed the company culture. The organisation has no regard for employee experience and welfare. Here, ends justify the means and if you dare to fight the system, your harassed to an extent that your forced to put down your papers. Joining this organisation is the worst mistake you can make for your carrer, mental and physical health. If someone is reading this, I assure you that most of the people in this organisation hate working here but they have constraints wrt location, financial stress, they have no option but to work here. Rest only incompetent suckups are happy here continue to work here as they have no skills the market needs.
