Zero work life balance. Work starts from 8.30am to maybe till midnight 2am. Review meetings have gone for continuous 26hrs. You have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And leaves are all subjected to character of your boss. No week off and compensatory off. No job security , anytime you will get fired. I have worked more than 2 years but I am sorry to say but Bajaj finance have worst experience in my career. Our RSM called us office in the morning 9:00 Am Sharp in the morning for meeting and he came office in the Evening after 5 Pm for the meeting and end up meeting at 12:00 Am in the night.
