There is No work Life Balance. Office Politics from Acm terrible experience. Work like pigs. Who ready to work Hard, Acms and rcms toucher. Not get a minimum time ,spend with family.late night also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management. Whenever you are joining you will get good CTC based on your negotiation skills. Will have multiple parameters to earn incentives.

Zero work life balance. Work starts from 8.30am to maybe till midnight 2am. Review meetings have gone for continuous 26hrs. You have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And leaves are all subjected to character of your boss. No week off and compensatory off. No job security , anytime you will get fired.
