Let's not get it twisted, culture and burdening employees needs improvement, bfhl is way better as compared other Bajaj subsidiaries as far as culture and taking care of employees however still needs improvement, at this point my opinion is its a good stepping stone for talent to work for a while, learn and move to different Organisation because of culture purely.
