I am confused man ! Please help me out.
I, am 25 from kolkata. I have started a logistics company but failed miserably with three of my friends. Now i am job hunting for past 4 months. Its hard but i managed to get interview for few companies. I really love cars i am passionate about it. I thought of starting my career as a sales executive at some car dealership like - maruti, hyundai, mahindra then later switch to some luxury cars deslership. I have two offers in hand one is in finance sector in bajaj capital as a relationship manager and one in maruti suzuki as a sales executive. The reason is i am confused because of the salary. I want to survive in kolkata the maruti suzuki is offering me low salary just to meet my expenses excluding incentives. On the other hand bajaj is offering me a decent salary but i dont really passionate about finance sector. Which has a brighter future ?? In terms of growth,money, work environment can anyone help???
