Working hour are too long, holidays are too short, employee should be given some time off and there is a lot of work pressure

Its was my good experience with the company but if i am talking annual appraisal are not good i give suggestion to organisation or management please work on this if you not give right pay to there employees then you don’t have rights want effective work.
