When you join first thing keep in mind their is no job security and another thing is no salary guaranteed you may get salary you may not. Work is culture is base on false verdicts. You have tell lies to your client to sell a product which is not so much beneficial. Insentive structure is very bad.

No growth. No opportunity. Even your week leaves are not fixed no fixed salary no insentive work hour are fixed but you have to put money from your pocket if you want to stay in the company.

Before joining recruiter said, direct channel leads will be provided but after joining branch manager said go to market and collect data and 3 time give for monthly ctc salary justify after give travel allowance. Branch manager and old rm follow only one rule hire and fire, high pressure to new rm

Timing issue no time for family to much busy schedule slow process in growth companies policy are very irritated.
