Verbal abuse and humiliation by management Discrimination and favoritism Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses." Here there is no system for credit the salary and it's based on Manager's wish . If Manager wants to hold the salary, he can without any reason also... So Bajaj is not better choice for who works harldy with honesty....

BALIC has Awesome Incentives and Bonuses. They are best in the industry. If you are in sales and vintage in insurance one can earn heafty incentives and pocket good amount of money.

Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.
