Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

Senior behavier was very cheap. He is owner of this company. Zonal head was not able to understand what is the work side culture only one culture hire and fire no one is ready to understand.

BALIC has Awesome Incentives and Bonuses. They are best in the industry. If you are in sales and vintage in insurance one can earn heafty incentives and pocket good amount of money.
