While my experience at Bajaj Allianz Life was largely positive, one challenge I faced was the unnecessary pressure from newly hired managers. At times, they would set unrealistic expectations, which added unnecessary stress to the FLS employees. A more balanced approach from leadership, focusing on support and motivation rather than excessive pressure, would greatly improve the work environment.

There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates . Management is pathetic & horrible, always interfere in personal life & discussion. If you are skilled and talented then you will be ignored. They will make force you to do unethical activities and after that they seems busy to find out compliance against you. During my time 3 employees were threatened of job security & terminated. They wanted you to work all time & 14 to 16 hours availability.
