If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

SISO SISO SISO SISO a monthly plan/ product of min. 5K like SIP , the product is good but the problem is the company force to sell this product but the agent or advisor don't want because in ULIP product the commission is negligible and If it is par or traditional then the problem with the product is the premium payment terms is very long and cust. Don't want that. So at last it is creating frustration in employee. On paper only the work day is Mon to Fri but the Branch managers and Regional manager or even state managers call Sales manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses.
