There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates . BALIC has Awesome Incentives and Bonuses. They are best in the industry. If you are in sales and vintage in insurance one can earn heafty incentives and pocket good amount of money.

Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.
