Very worst work and personal life balance,manager will ask us to work on holiday's and he use to harrasment daily basis, manager will ask for incentive amount to be shared with him ,everyday conference calls upto 2hours in the morning and there is no such motivation talks only demoting

Dislikes

Worst management ,don't join in sales team ,it's really bad life management.

The company is very partial and does not support their employees. If you joined the company then you are confirmed employee from day one and you have to serve notice period of three months even if you want to resign after after work of 1 month. Seniors are worst in the organisation no support from them. HR is worst. Policy issuance is worst as it is of the stone era. Lack of technology. Operation head is always on chill mode and if you ask him to do work then he is showing his child like anger to you. No job security you will be shifted to whatever verticle they want to shift inspite of your talent. I don't like there commitment. They are hiring me for Bank of baroda bangalore location only and right now they mapping some other vertical which is newly started and they are asking me to go to out of bangalore, Like kolar, Tumkuru, Tipturu, Chikkaballapura, And some others locations

There is no support to new employees from local HR side and there is no support from learning and skills development team on ground level. Even there is no hand holding from management to new employees. Oration department is very supportive.

Poor Work culture, office politics, team leader is biased, NHOD is biased ,even HR did not support you No growth in terms of skills and career , no recognition of hardwork. No extra pay for weekends and after working hrs.
