Job Description
- To identify develop opportunities to seed insurance solutions in traditional distribution channels for IRDAI registered intermediaries as well as under group business propositions.
- Map the allocated organizations, new prospects and create deep relationships for the company across the partner ecosystem.
- Evaluate partner requirements and create impactful propositions for prospective partners.
- Engage with all key stake holders of the partner to ensure complete entrenchment within the partner hierarchy.
- Lead Negotiations and Contract Discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
- Devise GTM strategies jointly with the partners and coordinate with them for implementation and onboarding.
- Collect all relevant market intelligence including competition mapping and keeping track of best industry practices and timely bringing up the same in knowledge of relevant stakeholders internally.
- Actively scout for new partners, conduct markets research, and evaluate potential partnerships to enhance our service offerings.
- Explore opportunities for expansion into new verticals.
