HR policies are great in bajaj, learning and work environment is good. Work life balance is zero in finance people need to work 10 to 12 hrs to complete deadlines.

Work life balance concept is no more exist i am talking about finance department rest is good.

I was in the company earlier and was on 1 year contract basis but without telling HR manager told me that after 4 months your position is crappd and submit your system. They do not provide me any offer latter and experience letter.

Salary structure is so poor,not secure job.This is commission/insentives/pay out based job.I am sorry to say now a days all insurance companies became a broker based job.You can give payout to brokers for each & every policies.
