If anyone wants to work under relaxing condition then it's the right place to work with. No Depth focus given on work handled. Timing of office is also very relaxed. No growth in terms of working experience and professional growth. No pressure of work given to employees. Boss nature is good but sometimes it seems to be moody. To much kanjusi can be seen over unnecessary things. No supervision of work like what a person is doing or not. Most of the time some of the staff are sitting idle without any work. If Staff appointed and assigned under one head person then that staff will do work only for that person only. So your growth depends upon the person under whom you get assigned. Overall its a good firm to work with for a fresher only and only if you are concern of your salary. If you want work experience then I won't suggest this firm for a fresher. If you are experienced person then you are free to work as per your style, there will be no intervention by others to do it in a particular way....Read More
