There is nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

Worst company I have ever worked. In fact it cannot be said as company. A grocery shop working environment is better than this company. My one hand half months salary they have not given. Stacked salary at the time of festivals. Suddenly reduced salary without any intimation. Never get the TA bills. Deduct 10% TDS from take home amount but never give form 16. The company is a cheater. I suggest and request people not to join this company. Product quality are also 3rd class....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
