Azure has declared WORK from Home very lately, which causes lots of problems to employees. Team Mates are Good, but not the Senior Stake-holders. And, not paying the salaries on time.

Dislikes

Now, it is June 2020, but still not received the full salary of March 2020. So, no salary for April and May. Currently started laying off. A tendency to cut the salary in the name of performance. Very less scope to learn new technologies. Poor Work-Life balance. Poor Appraisal. It is not a place to stay for more than 3 years. There is no good long-staying technical person.

I have been working for approx. 4 years in different projects.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
