I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There are some Gaps in understanding the site employee requirements and their work-life balance. Organisation have the same policies for both Head office employees and site employees. Apart from this, Process movement of work is not fast, processes got stucked in between somewhere
