It was nice working with such a big fame school, they are equally supportive good appraisal, they give good salary ,the atmosphere of school was very good.

Skill development - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and favorism , they do not cooperate with the needy people, they give preference to glamour rather than intelligence.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

I loved my job , its much interesting, I have learned multiple things which I always wished to learn , I worked with the team with all my loyalty .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
