If you are looking for a career in IT services it’s one of those companies to start with however, down the years you might not get what you are expecting so its definitely smart to switch within a year or two.

I found Accenture experience totally subjected to an employee’s nature. If you are introvert and don’t ask for work proactively, you might feel like a tiny fish in a vast ocean, and probably become an unidentified robo in the crowd.

No Job Security, No Mediclaim, No WFH, No Care, No Salary from two months.

Its Fraud company with fake reviews. All 5 & 4 star reviews are fake and given from company mgmt. it self. Company haven't credited salary for 2.5 months for their employees and forced them to work from office during lockdown situation even work can be done from home also. Company fired their all 30+ employees last months cause theyare asking for their pending salary. Company haven't credited employees PF from Dec 2020 and also haven't cleared FNF from a year. Company fired employees on every payment cycle and hire new to fire them in few months without salary. Its happening from long time and believe me its not me only, every employee has been suffered here. Company have ruined their career. Please please don't join and don't believe on mgmt....Read More

Its very disaster work environment here, No care about employee , No Mediclaim, No WFH. It you are dying then they just wont care about you. Its just one man decision and no one can do it here. Dont join here, save your life.

They fire people every salary cycle and hire new ones to fire them again. They will micro manage your breaks like you can take 10 min break between 10-10:30 and lunch break for 25 min between 1:30-2 and then another break at 5-5:30. You cannot use one break time later or you cannot go a minute prior to the time. They block cards forthis like it's a game. They change salary cycle whenever they want to without any notice and will inform after a week of not giving salary. They deduct money however they want. The management is super dumb.
