Great place for fresher to know how dirty politics actually is and accurate meaning of favoritism, there environment soo toxic. I use to work as Credit officer in head office some seniors are supporting but in the end no one notice your hardwork when it's about the appraisal or promotion they just act like if you want to do then do it for your self development.
