Owner is too much arrogant and disrespectful to his employees . First they do fake promise to hire you from good companies . And after that you'll suffer in hell for intire time you work with them ... even i did switch my job from a good company and didn't paid my 6 months salary as well.. at the end i have to buy ticket to india from my pocket and leave them with my one year big loss.

Don't come to work with him otherwise you and your family will suffer ..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
