Work culture is good. I enjoyed my work in this company. Specially I like tea Break, Lunch break and small occasional parties.

Dislikes

I don't want to dislike this company. My career started in this.

Work Details

They will give sample projects to you understanding for freshers. This you will get some basic realtime knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
