There is no job security. Upper management is very bad. No one will help you to find any project because no one will reply you or you need to be a Chaatu! Salary hikes depends upon on Politics. If you are favourite then you will receive hikes,award every thing.

Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.
