Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. Everything is dislike Bacteria have bacteria like managers with 0 knowledge and professionalism. Even employees on maternity will be forced to work. They show fake sympathy and this the only company where they follow fish market culture. Managers are really idiots here. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.
