None of the leaders of the account heads have any what is happening. By the moment, client email arrives the blame game gets initiated. One of the worst leadership that you can expect in the industry. It is good to be questioned and even blamed, but only worthwhile to hear if the leadership is of quality or has any skills. Most of the principles here, both of very low knowledge, low quality, communication skills, low ideas, clearly, you feel like respecting or even talking to none of them. Apart from this cheating in terms of rules, salary, salary increases, bones also joining bonus without telling the employee of Locking period are very very common. All management control by his main office Gurgaon. In new offices in others cites they don't have much senior person. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Recently they have change in policy because employees leaving this organisation because of WFO policies. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.

It’s an old school “baniya” company. No focus on technology, replete with politics and tyrants. Work is neither recognized, nor rewarded. Hire/Fire culture. The recent middle management hired by the company has made it very difficult to work. The culture is gone, the feeling of satisfaction is gone. It has become just another IT company. HR policies are all over the place and the overall system has become very insensitive.

Axtria have very worst work culture. Management is agree with less timeline with client and they are expecting the resources to work late over weekends to meet the timelines.
