Support from seniors are good. Flexible timing in wfh for general shift.

Dislikes

No appreciation for successful meeting monthly Target, forget about compensation. Management wants FCD counts finally whatsoever the situation maybe. Providing leave more than 2days is such difficult task for Managers.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
