People around are nice and polite. Most of people take up things positively and have a teamwork attitude.

Dislikes

Management decisions and policies are always management biased. Company still functioning on ages old policies and no improvement likely to happen on that front. A rare few individuals are toxic for the work and company environment but decision makers have chosed to take no action whatsoever on them.

working environment is very very poor nothing to gain knowledge its not suitable company who want to achieve and gain some knowledge suitable for freshers and students to get some experience and its d-grade company relieving letter also not valid in some corporate companies swear i am facing this issue.

Worst Experience working with this company with worst managers and uppar level worst AVP

No holidays, even if you are not well, continues working for 2 to 3 weeks, no breaks allowed apart from 30 mins lunch break, They will not allowed you to leave on time from office but they want to come before office in time
