Due to covid circumstances, we were allowed to WFH. And for me, working remote way came as a blessing. I could manage my professional and personal life in more efficient way. I have experienced that seniors and management both encourages and tries to build up leadership qualities within us. I would also say that this place offers a conducive learning environment. The best thing about this company and being a fitness enthusiast myself, I like the fact that company has sports and fitness facilities for its employees. Within the company campus area, we here have, fitness center, gymnasium, and a sports room. Isn’t it amazing? I usually, go to fitness and gymnasium after my work hours. It’s a wow factor for a fitness fanatic person like me.

Since you have to deal with different programming languages, technologies and platforms, there is lots to explore and learn on a daily basis. Catering as per the changing project requirements is making me more efficient. I like learning new things which I get to do here while working. My communication skills have also improved. A satisfying experience till now.

We have banking services of IndusInd Bank available here within office campus. So, during any emergency, we don’t have to leave our office campus to make any banking operations. Things have got feasible for many of us because of it. Glad that we have such facilities within our office campus.
