Nothing great as such unless you are needy & ready to do job as a slave.

...n what have you done in a day with how many minutes you have spent on that task. Only 15-20 mins breaks are allowed in a day if you cross that then they will issue a warning, on the 2nd or 3rd instance they will deduct 1 day salary. On top of that Biometric system makes it even worse for attendance. Every single month you will have to fight for salary correction with HR team.
