The company is open to innovation & readly adopts latest technology. I love tje fact that i am a part of a team that market research high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration . I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work very risky zone in field & Late night back to return hotel.

Nothing great as such unless you are needy & ready to do job as a slave.

...n what have you done in a day with how many minutes you have spent on that task. Only 15-20 mins breaks are allowed in a day if you cross that then they will issue a warning, on the 2nd or 3rd instance they will deduct 1 day salary. On top of that Biometric system makes it even worse for attendance. Every single month you will have to fight for salary correction with HR team.

Also, don't worry about the pay scale they don't have a blind set scale, it all depends upon your skills , knowledge, and overall performance and experience. So if you are found worthy, you will have the best pay scale

We regularly have on-the-job training programs here, which are very useful if you take them seriously pay attention, and apply them to your routine assignments. We have a highly productive work atmosphere

... in any state without any backup and after failure they will play blame game. 6. Hire and Fire Policy- They will hire employees at higher salaries and if there is no project they will not pay the salary and they will fire them. 7. Politics- People who have been working in this company for two-three years will not support you, thinking that you will do better than them. Your colleagues will not support you, they will try to bring you down. There are some people in the company who have no work, they just gossip and condemn the hard workers. 8. High attrition rate - Those who are carrier oriented and have some goals in life will not survive more than a year in this company. Company doesn't care about attrition, they won't keep good employees but they will retain employees who are worthless. 9. Corporate Jail - Your land line, computer and email will be continuously monitored even your break time will be monitored by the director. No personal mobile phones are allowed in the office. 10. Micromanagement: Every time you have to get approval from the director, you cannot take your own decisions. The director will always keep an eye on you. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company.
